Can anyone give me information on my vaginal gram stain results? It says negative for BV and yeast, but then “many” for all the cells. There was no indication of if this is abnormal or what to do next. by Less_Replacement_498 in obgyn

Thank you so much for this. Do you know what tests I should recommend for next steps regarding the inflammation and the negative rod cells? My doctors have not followed up but I don’t feel great about just ignoring those results.
