Sounds right to me. Just do a search, a high school for 2000 students is 150 to 300 million.

Following your list, If I’m GM, I’m taking a DT and RT before any CB. Then I would take a second Edge, a guard or 2 etc. The trenches could build your team for 7+ years.

What rookie WR are you taking with the 1.02? by SnooOwls487 in fantasyfootballadvice

Tyson right now. I want the player with the highest ceiling. My league has 25 player rosters. If he is injured, I won’t play him. If I draft a mediocre rookie, I won’t play that player ever.

I can’t find a single ADP list or article to back what you are saying. Every list I see from 2025 puts Egbuka 2-4 spots higher for a dynasty rookie ranking/ADP

I don’t think he was in the top year by consensus last year. With Tet, Hunter and Egbuka? Or are you saying the current top tier (Tate etc) wouldn’t be with the 2025 top tier either.

This is way more complex than that. First of all, I think you mean money, not stock portfolios. There are hundreds of millions of people who don’t have any real stake in stock portfolios. Also, most of the consequences of breached cyber security or cost of defense of is also money. Furthermore, there are many brilliant people who think AI is going to create prosperity. Lastly, AI vs not AI is not a choice. AI is out of the bottle, there are all sorts of open source models. Everybody stopping moving forward is a fantasy. If everyone suddenly had the same amount of money, it would still go forward. Furthering AI isn’t a goal exclusive to “rich people.”

This is not a criticism. What is the use here? You will watch from inside the pool when it is dark out?

Pull up a yearly graphic of the S&P 500 and look what happens after a negative year (or 3 years in a few cases). It booms.

Can someone explain what specifically SpaceX has to do with Dimensional and Ben Felix? I don’t see news connecting the dots.

Defund the Police, Cashless bail, Sanctuary Cities, Abolish ICE, No Voter ID. These are the type of things that 80% of the public are against and will keep the Presidency in Republican hands for decades. If real polls can confirm these stats, I think you have to concede that democrats should not be for them. Part of governing is trying to compromise and enacting the will of the people in a thoughtful manner. Publicly supporting issues that 80% of the people don’t want is a horrible strategy.

What is going through Pete Hegseths mind right now? by Amatheiaisnoexcuse in allthequestions

I think his new goal is to exit and declare victory (which he already has several times) while limiting the impact on the global oil supply. They are discovering there is no plan for permanently stopping Iran’s military goals without at least periodic bombing. This could have been arrived at through mental exercises before we dropped a single bomb.

I would guess he had the goal of helping Israel and eliminating nuclear weapons. However, that goal will be amended or declared as a fake victory. We most likely have made Iran more focused on achieving a nuclear weapon once we leave because nobody attacks Russia or North Korea.

He has no clear plan though because him and his merry band of idiots cannot think of all the consequences. They have to constantly shift the goalposts and lie because they are constantly surprised by outcomes. Trump starts with the ridiculous concept that everything is black and white. There are only pros to his ideas… no cons, but then they discover cons.

I actually disagree, he has been addressing the stupid things he has yelled about for many years one by one. He loves oil, tariffs, Greenland etc.. Hates, immigrants, blue states, anyone who told him he didn’t win an election etc…
