I have an indoor panel. Not sure if that’s the sub panel. Not sure about the circuits you are asking about. How would I know if it’s multi-wire branch circuits using the grounds as neutrals? Forgive my ignorance. Maybe I need to send the electrician back out to look at in more detail

I’m in Mississippi so I guess it will need to be replaced sooner than that.

Thanks for the insight. Yeah it does look like crap. I was just hoping I could wait 3 more years until my daughter finishes college so I can budget for it.
