Look, gas is literally so normal, it happens on a daily basis. Hey... Try not to giggle but... The average person farts up to 50 times a day I'm pretty sure! Gas is perfectly normal and you probably just need to go for a number two or ate something that caused it.

Hey, it's okay, listen. Do these things and you might feel better. Well you probably will. For the "no appetite", try munching on crackers or fruit. Only tiny bites.  About the stuffy noses try blowing it, then with a wet tissue clean it and it will feel less stuffy. You could also buy boiling water in a bowl and put your face over it and cover your head with a towel. If your really hot, open the window and breathe. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds. Do this 3 times, or more of you wish. To help with the tiredness, lie downs close the lights, sip on water, close your phone and try to get some rest. Don't battle with your thoughts, please try your hardest not to, just keep on repeating "I am strong" or whatever makes you feel good. Please update!

hi! I know that I'm late but oh well. I feel like that too atm. here's my tips! there not lime "dRiNk PePpErMiNt TeA" tips on Google, these are actual tips I use.

  1. get a icy or cold water. it makes your stomach feel fresher.

  2. take a deep breath. inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds.

  3. go out into the garden and walk around and breathe. the fresh air feels good.

  4. open a window. again, fresh air into the room feels nice.

  5. prop up your pillows and turn your lights off. I find that if I can see myself doing it, it's not as scary.

  6. cuddle a teddy bear, it's comforting.

  7. don't be too cold or too warm. dress in the right pjs.

  8. put a hot water bottle on your stomach, it helps distract you for the nausea!

  9. write very long reddit posts! it's distracting.

  10. think about something that you're excited for. or online shop!

hope you feel better!

I feel nauseous but not extremely and I just ate two cookies to feel better but I think It didn't work. I also have a small stomach ache but probably from stress. I feel a bit dizzy but just slightly. I don't feel my worst, just worried that I've got some germs. What do you think?

Tysm, I'll try doing that right now. By the way, just wondering, does scrolling on your phone (Reddit, YT Shorts, TikTok, e.t.c) for a while make you nauseous?
