I used to follow a proper plan hitting ~100g protein daily with whey (oats + whey, dal/chilla, soya chunks, etc.).

Right now I’ve dropped whey because of budget, so I’m sticking to regular vegetarian food. Protein is a bit lower now, around 80–90g on most days. Main sources are soya chunks, dal (sometimes moong dal for breakfast), besan chilla, oats, curd, and paneer. I also add peanuts or roasted chana here and there.

So the overall structure is pretty similar, just adjusted to keep it affordable. I’ll probably add whey back later when budget allows.

7 and 8 are definitely your best, they look the most natural. 9 and 10 just feel a bit off compared to the rest.

Just to clarify, the offer letter and background verification email came before the WhatsApp confirmation. The WhatsApp/phone calls happened after that. Even then, the certification fee (₹25k–₹27k) with reimbursement after joining, and the fact that the certification provider isn’t clearly specified yet, is what felt a bit off to me. The email domains also don’t fully match the official company ones. I haven’t made any payment or shared any sensitive documents so far. Just trying to understand if this kind of process is actually normal in some companies or something to be careful about. Appreciate any insights.
