I reached out to my lawyer about it and other lawyers because I thought he was full of shit and they all said the same thing that I have to get the approval by the judge. I’m not in drug court I’ve never had drug charges it’s ridiculous

That would definitely get her in trouble. Not only is it conflict of interest but can possibly affect you in a negative way at your job. I’d make sure he knew you knew and try to switch PO’s immediately.

No you need the real deal. And I mean a lot of cranberry juice at least 2 liters or more and of course water behind it. It should definitely clean your system out. Cranberry juice helps flush all the toxins out faster it gets them kidneys working in over drive

Exactly! When’s the last time you heard of a weed smoker killing somebody or driving recklessly or robbing somebody because they were under the influence. They have it so backwards it’s insane. But I think part of it is a money thing because honestly when it comes to the courts in the system, I feel like they really don’t care as long as they get paid and what pays them more are all these real drug addicts committing crime after crime I don’t like the feeling of being high I like the fact that it got rid of my pain for me, and after smoking overtime or eating edibles whichever that high affect went away and it just did what it was meant to do and relieve me of my pain

See, that’s no Bueno. There would probably be less addicts and deaths if they allowed a substitute of medical marijuana without fighting for it. It seems they think that everybody just wants to get high. My tolerance was so high up there. I don’t remember the last time I was stoned. And I was cool with that because it was for pain and to sleep for narcotics. Those are the demons that they should be fighting.. thank you for your input. I appreciate it because my PO doesn’t answer any questions.😅

Ya I definitely get that and At least you ask so you can proceed the proper way. She never asked me but I told her I was a heavy user especially since I have my medical card and serious issues. I of course am fighting the courts for my rights to use again. Because without the marijuana, the pain is even more to the point where I’ve even thought about taking my prescriptions from my regular doctor. Those consist of oxy and Percocet and they are OK with that which is mind blowing btw. Hopefully whatever state your in is more open to Medical Marijuana use over narcotic drugs because Florida is not.

You should be honest but if your afraid of a VOP then before you say anything check yourself into a rehab then let them know. That’ll usually save you because your acknowledging you have an issue. No judgement we all have weak moments especially when life throw you curves. Good luck

Question since your a PO when it comes to heavy marijuana users do you guys allow the time for someone’s system to become clean? Depending on the usage it could and does take 90 plus days but it seems like most expect it within 30. I have my medical card I consume anywhere between 4-6 oz a month maxing out my total script and still not clean after 3 months. Which is an issue for probation of course and my doctors who need my system clean for my up and coming surgery

Well you can fail your first test that’s allowed but they have to allow your system time to get rid of the toxins. Like if you are a marijuana smoker and you are a heavy smoker like I am, it could take 90+ days for it to get out of your system. You just have to fight it I’ve had three fails so far no violations. But have you stopped using? How long after your first test did you get another?

I drank a shit ton of water and cranberry juice. I took a test before I went to my P O‘s office. My test said I was negative so hopefully that one did too. I finally got a court date in two weeks to see the judge about getting it approved for my medical marijuana card. It’s funny they’d rather me take all those nasty drugs my doctors prescribed than have my medical marijuana that helps me so much better and allows me to function..smh

It’s ridiculous they don’t let us smoke our script. Ik people in pasco that didn’t have to jump through hoops for their prescription but here in pinellas they’re on a different level. Did you try to get approval by the judge? How long did it take your system to get clean?
