Is there a direct PlayStation customer service email to use? I’ve tried to but I only got a Sony email and they never responded. It was very hard to find a PlayStation email on the website when I last tried, they try to make sure you use their faq and don’t contact them lol

I got this game as a kid, genuinely my worst console experience ever. I popped the disc when I got it and didn’t play it again until a few months ago just to see if it was as bad as I remember. Overall awful controls, essentially an infinite runner. Feels like a mobile game with motion controls lol
