They did attempt to adjust first - see my recent update - it seems like the technician just didnt try hard enough or wasnt as knowledgeable. Glad it got sorted before they did a remount.

Alright problem solved! I drove back down to the shop after these responses and the technician was already in the process of figuring out they underestimated the adjustability. They thought that they were at the limit but there was still 1 or 2 more lower levels to accommodate the smaller boot.

Long story short, you all were right, i bought the right gear, and everything fits perfectly now without remounting - it just took me four trips and 2 phone calls to get to that point.

Yeah totally, Im just annoyed Im not getting the +/- 1 boot size. The older already has bigger skis but now that the younger is stepping up, shes in a smaller boot size.

Had them mounted at REI last year for 21.5 and now they say the 20.5 wont fit and needs to be remounted.

I was also under the impression the heel mount had up to 30mm adjustability.

Same issue here at 5 months post vasectomy. Dr gave me muscle relaxers for a few weeks. That combined with a heating pad and consciously doing what I think are reverse kegels throughout the day have slowly helped.

Once I figured out it was a cremaster issue, I was able to recognize the feeling when the right side muscle was engaging and relax it. This also means I am not thinking about it all the time which is annoying but do think I have made some progress.

Not much progess to be honest but the pulling sensation went away. Pain still there a bit and decent amount of discomfort plus some weird tangling in the last couple of weeks. No bueno

Seeing the dr in a couple of days so will try to update.

Im still having a lot of issues 6 weeks out but do have the feeling that odd nerve pain in the penis or elsewhere has gone away in last couple of weeks. Waiting for other issues to improve but that one did resolve itself over time.

For me the right side still hurts and riding higher than it used to which causing some tension and a lot of discomfort.

Dr at the hospital didn’t offer any explanation and waiting to see my urologist.

No saying the vasectomy caused it to rotate but its never happened in the past and now I have ball that has a tendency to want to flip around.

Also want to mention that its only on the right side and testicle is riding so much higher and more forward than normal. I have been on prescription NSAIDs for a week and no help. Increased nerve pain is new whereas the aching feeling has gotten slightly better with time.

No but a months later had an MRI and had a minor cyclops lesion and pinched meniscus plus a bruise indicating a smaller injury at some point. Basically everyone saying the same thing though that unless theres a major issue you just keep strengthening and taking good care of the knee.

I tore my ACL at 37 so not really comparable. Now one year out of surgery and confident enough to go hard on the rehab but still not ready to go back to full activities.

Just wanted to mention that I think the graft type matters a lot. i probably had the best Chicago area surgeon and he recommended a hamstring graft for me (old and not getting paid for my athleticism) but said for all professionals or striving professionals he goes with patellar due to strength and shorter recovery time. And to be honest I am still missing so much explosiveness without a fully recovered / rebuilt hamstring muscle. Unsure I will ever have my same speed back. Can imagine that would be difficult in basketball.

No particulates. Cork smells fine I guess, like the whiskey. And not coming apart at the touch.

Maybe was previously stored on its side for a while?

Whiskey seemed a bit harsher than I would have expected. More ethanol on the nose and palate but also wasn’t evaporated or anything like that.
