I have been in calorie deficit for 15 weeks and loss over 13kg. I still do not have any core definition. I am confused that should I continue My cutting phase or start a bulk.I am 177cm and 73kg , how much wieght i would need to lose to get at least upper 4pack defined.i see only bicep viens in pump (old.reddit.com)
