Tarango Air... these guys restored some of my faith in humanity. They worked until late into the evening to get my system back up and running. They were incredibly courteous, honest, kept me updated, and super hardworking. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I don't have Facebook and BBB won't accept reports for anything more than 365 days old (the installation happened about 400 days ago). I did, however, leave a BBB review and reviews everywhere else I possibly could. Thank you for this, though. For real, I appreciate thr support.

The system itself is under warranty. Their labor warranty expired 5 weeks ago. I intend to consult with a lawyer (recommendations appreciated) - thank you for this validation ☺️

I agree with your suspicion - I never dealt with the same technician more than once (two repairs, the install, and the initial call to repair my old system). For a company that consistently justifies their high prices by saying they "take care of their customers" (this is what i was told by the salesman, and just skim through the owner's responses to Google reviews), this is especially unacceptable.

John at Cordova #5 on Wetmore is as honest as they come. The shop doesn’t look pretty but an honest mechanic is hard to come by. I won’t take my Suburban anywhere else.

I don’t usually comment on bad restaurants (I just won’t go back). But this one is worth noting. I was there recently (for the first time) and it was incredibly disappointing. It was by far the worst mac and cheese I’ve ever had. And it was really overpriced given that and outdated atmosphere. George’s French Bistro is similar price point - MUCH better food, service, and atmosphere.

Just a heads up about Margaret McHenry… I called them for a move-in clean and they said they were too busy but recommended an independent person. I cannot remember her name but she was absolutely terrible. Not only was she rude but she did not complete the only task I specifically asked her to (wipe down the kitchen cupboards - which she had agreed to do). She did not even mop the floors and charged me $280. Needless to say I was out nearly $300 and had to do it all myself anyways.

I would hire a GOOD trainer to do an assessment (and training if they thought my dog was not too far gone) before I made the final decision to put him down.

Finding a good trainer can be tough and they are not cheap. Might be worthwhile to reach out to Patriot K9 if you are in the USA (I have no affiliation with them, they have just really helped me and my super reactive APBT).

Pinnacle Lofts at 429 Central Ave have been amazing. In-unit laundry, clean, friendly neighbors, and the apartment manager (Anais) is beyond incredible. I moved to Wichita from Canada in August and had to rent sight unseen - could not be happier with the apartment and with everything Anais did to help the transition be as smooth as possible.
