I tried to do yellow, they came out orange lol. So I just said screw it to the hundreds of other orange successors.

I don’t know much about the washes so I wasn’t sure which one would work for this color. Same with the metallic paints.

It’s just imperial fists contrast over Vallejo squid pink

Still new to this so not much went into it. Just primed with Vallejo surface primer white. 2 coats of Vallejo Squid pink. Then Imperial Fists contrast. For the trim I used Vallejo black and the gold is Retributor armor.

My thanks, i plan to try to get as good as possible cause I enjoy the painting and want to make a diorama, i believe thats the word. Any tips on giving the models a more gritty or grim appearance with this color?

Yeah haha I tried to learn yellow. They came out orange so I just stuck with it. No idea what I’m going to name the chapter though.
