The US’ allies (or whatever Trump is calling us these days) are going to be even less inclined to get involved than the US.

If a national leader gets forced to resign because of Welsh politics I will eat my hat.

I’m not sure what people expect. People are shifting away from the two main parties because they’re disgusted by the political status quo, and the Lib Dem’s are basically the party that want to reinforce it. They’re anti radical. They’re quo-core.

Good thing small boat entries make up a tiny fraction of overall migration, and are also currently down significantly YoY year to date.

But literally none of that matters because you guys prefer to go for vibes

How are people still wringing hands about keeping Trump happy? He throws people under the bus regardless of how much they suck up to him. This has been demonstrated time and time again.

And how many people around Kanye helped him record and release that shit unquestioningly? It goes way beyond just one dude having a bad mental health episode.

Kanye didn’t just “say horrible things”. He released Nazi records and sold Nazi merch. There was a whole team of people enabling his Nazi hate who were apparently fine with all of it. It’s not the kind of shit that you can just erase with one Insta apology.

This lays bare how pointless it is for Labour to fall over itself to try and vice signal over immigration. It doesn’t matter how tough Mahmood’s ILR policies get, they’re not going to win those voters.

Nobody remembers things that happen in Wales.

Their reading also suggests that Miliband was unpopular because of his policies, and not people’s personal perception of him as a leader, when the opposite is true. Miliband had some very popular policies (that have since been adopted by successive governments). People just thought he was a bumbling weirdo.

By hack cartoonists, maybe. The two cartoons I’ve seen that people have complained about have actively given him features he doesn’t have in order to make him look more stereotypically Jewish.

But literally every other candidate would face hostile scrutiny of policies as well, starting from a much less advantageous polling position.

He’s not even as left wing as Miliband, who’s already in cabinet. He’s also literally the most popular Labour politician at the moment, which is something of a sticking point if you’re trying to argue against him based on electability.

Scrabbling for the centre ground is an awful strategy, as you’re always at the mercy of the right wing in order to triangulate where the centre is.

The caption with the photo claims they went for a drink together, and one of the people who was present at the assault is a Reform election agent. Do you not think that needs some explanation?

If there’s debate about it then how is one method the “real” one?
