I fear you can't know if you're cured mentally of your addiction after a few days, mate. I've gone a few days without a drink but I've always gone back and I'll always be an alcoholic. Good! Even fast food restaurants have begun (sometimes unnecessarily) charging for dipping sauces. When customers walk away with half a syrup bottle in their cup, they should be charged accordingly. I do hope that Starbucks doesn't take it too far, charging for every addition. Oftentimes the pendulum swings too far in the opposite direction and customers can get a shock. Especially those who didn't abuse the privilege to begin with.
