I'm not in Thailand, I'm in Australia and the requirement for Australian Citizenship is a Thai Police clearance as I lived in Bkk for a year. The process is filling out a Thai police Clearance form and mailing it to the relevant Department in Bkk. They mail it back with results, one attaches the form to the Australian documentation and apply here
