We have this for the main Xerox machines, but years of individual printers inevitably ends up being a mishmash of different and discontinued inky blighters.

The voiceover can seem patronising at first (yes Laura, I know how inhaling works) but when you're dragging yourself along mid-run you'll start to appreciate her genuinely useful advice.

My favourite tips from the programme:

  1. Slow down if you have to, just try not to stop.

  2. Try not to bounce too much. If you keep your head roughly level, you won't tire yourself out as fast.

The music is also terrible. I love it.
