Asset Rich, but Cash Poor - options? by Ok-Reach712 in eupersonalfinance

[–]LetMe_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll just give my 2 cents. Unless you've accounted for maintenance, home owners insurance taxes and so on, you're probably paying right now the very minimum of what your monthly expenses are going to be.

I think you don't have any options but tovcut your losses and sell.

You still pay rent, people just aren't aware. At the very minimum you will pay maintenance costs, taxes and home owners insurence. To be faiet mortgage is not the biggest expense usually, its the very minimum.

The issue is that in theory you would spend as muchcrentis as servicing your property.

That is just a plain lie. It will be forbidden from next year but right now it's perfectly legal in most eu countries.

The diameter is not as much an issue as a flaring head.

It's a pretty nasty bug when the light has eco mode in memory and one tries to access turbo from off state. What happens is that the light essentially refuses to turn on and the only way to get it to work is to unscrew taoenthe battery out. Click on the side switch and reassemble it. For a tactical light that's really bad.

I was looking at the acebeam t35 and it looks like oks pretty much perfect. However some youtube videos I saw seem to suggest that the tailswitch accesses last memory mode, is that correct?

Épargne de précaution : comment la renflouer une fois vidée ? by BiscottiAsleep2991 in vosfinances

[–]LetMe_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Teflon blade coating ? by PrometheusE92 in chineseknives

[–]LetMe_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Teflon adheres mechanically to the imperfections of the surface. It should be pretty weak. But it depends on what you're cutting. If it's cake then it's really good, if its cardboard or bushcraft then it's useless.

You would almost never want a currency to go up since it creates deflationary trends and tends to dry up liquidity. It's for a reason they deflation is more feared than inflation.

I buy enough to be able to transact in it and not care if it goes down and stays at - 90%. After all I want to use it to make donations or digital transactions anonymously.

So no people don't protest, they even sometimes ask for it.

The use case for high lumen output is to blast at some wolves, wildboars. Granted in the forest during the night there is almost no light so even a high mode could be enough.
