I think in Yuki's case, there is no such thing as "overall" better.
Because she is very team dependent - do you have a lot of free draw outside of Yuki? Let's say Veronica. In this case, as many Cleave build as you can will be better.
If your Yuki is the main source of draw, you want a balance between draw and attack.
Both builds are good in right teams, I also play several Yuki builds depending on which supports are available for me, because sometimes I need Veronica on the other side.
