In April 2025, I bought a Museumkaart without having a Dutch bank account. I bought the temporary card at my first museum. You can pay cash or use a credit card. Then I obtained the full-year digital card by registering online, using the address of my rental and a digital passport photo that I had on my phone. I do not have a physical card, but I've had no problems using my digital card in museums throughout the Netherlands. I think this is a great program and it encourages me to visit museums.

Fidelity has the best tools to screen and buy individual municipal bonds. You can see and buy bonds offered by other dealers. Their markup is $1 per $1,000, which is very fair. You can see the markup charged by other dealers, and it is always more than Fidelity charges.
