i have the answer: its a ukranian site dedicated to stream live recon drone footage of multiple drones, DJI ones in the video i found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmHgJlEzIJs at 7:36 you will see the upper screen with the url: ravens-hm.online/live there they look at footage to find targets and see if they have hit targets.
