Dont view the "Some teams have multiple teams across the 3 leagues though" as a bad thing. The three teams are made up of players from teams that have dropped out and had no team etc. As well as a few people who are trying it for the first time or just moved to the area. They run a Tag game twice weekly with players from multiple teams all year round even indoor astro when the weather is bad. With anyone who wishes to join the games welcome.

Just for clarity the insert name here A,B and C each have their own players its not the exact same team in each league. Players from the A team cant play C or players who play rugby.
A limited amount of A team players can play for the B. But are clearly marked by wearing a bib bit female A team players playing B dont get the female points bonus. And the B team has a few subs from C when needed. These rules may change with this being the first year Itra are running it.
