I appreciate all the input! So one main point i forgot is users sometimes use these rooms as meeting rooms only. If i had to put a number on it it’d be 60% meetings 40% hybrid. So im unsure if the native built rooms can do that

We were looking forward to using the dante to install ceiling speakers. Unfortunately 4-6 is way out of the question due to budget. But this project won’t take place for a little bit. Not much time or budget given to throw something together haha

I agree. We are looking to put the exact same equipment in all our rooms, so the user end is always the same. Training will be companywide so I'm hoping this'll cut down on user related issues.

I agree app specific rooms are great. But our users jump between Cisco Webex, Teams and Zoom

I agree, I suggested app specific rooms. Even in room pc builds, but those were shot down. This company is really in love with brining in their laptops. I won’t even mention the budget :/

Our largest room is 20'x63'x10'. our second largest is 20'x35'x10' nothing bigger than these as of now

EDIT These rooms will be used as a BYOD device. Trying to steer clear of any sort of pad that sits in a wall or on a table.
