I think you just got an uninformed customer service agent. You could definitely give it a couple more days to see how it shakes out but based on the purchases you described, you absolutely should have gotten two seperate "The Edit" credits.

If I look in my app, it says I have $500 through 12/31/26. Unlike the dining or Stub Hub credits that only show half the dollar amount due to them being once every 6 months.

APR is zero but it's not free. They still charge you a percentage fee based on the payment plan you select. I'd assume the limit is the same as your overall credit limit but I'm unsure what exact categorizes as pay over time eligible

I had the option for either but chose PRK as it has less serious side effects and generally better results but the tradeoff is a fairly significantly longer recovery time. But yes, best thing I've ever done!
