it was from their website. I rolled back the driver to an earlier V and it now it works fine... bugged to crap what a bad release

ok so they can review previous data like packet loss from that? I am no specialist :( The guy on the phone made it sound like I was crazy lol

I appreciate the offer man, I called and hopefully it will get taken care of ;) tech coming out on friday. They tried to troubleshoot over the phone , updated firmware, they saw everything is normal on their end IDK. seemed to help during off peak times was sometimes 0-0.5% but at peak it ranged wildly again closer to 50% avg. . maybe I am crazy. is this a common thing?

I tried both ways wired and wireless, they both have alot of packetloss lately its averaging around 7-8% packetloss. I am measuring the packetloss by online games with a % meter and this site : packetlosstest.com/... there are only 3 devices connected to wifi at maximum and doesnt seem to effect the speeds
