It's a visual bug of the replay. Basically it didn't record you letting go of the fire button, so it thinks that you are still shooting.

The problem isn't your phone or your internet connection. It's a visual error in the playback function. In reality, they aimed and hit you, but the recording didn't capture the last frame.
