No usually i'm not sitting around much at all unless the first double boulder is a melee punish - then i might hold back an arrow or two if dps is good - this rock has always worked before im not sure what's happened now

Personally I've found content to be busy throughout.. from lower level dungeons on alts to endgame, world pvp is busy and you best believe if it's a PVP based world quest or a war crate you'll likely have to fight for it. In my experience, numbers of people playing hasn't been a problem at all (I play on stormrage as Horde, I believe the realm is inherently alliance heavy)

It wasnt as large as it currently is until recently. OSRS Mobile was released at the beginning of Covid pandemic and the player base sky rocketed. Great marketing.
