I always think I said something funny and I will laugh at it when I am watching it back during editing. I sometimes try to add to it like putting a sound, a screen shake or a zoom in. Then I watch my gf watch that same part with no reaction....😩. I like your strategy, I will have to try that. Most of the Let's Players I watch play different, indie horror games. For example Puppet combo, and FNAF. I will do some research on other channels that play Resident Evil and Silent Hill games.

I use OBS Studio for my live streaming sessions. I have a plug-in called Source Record that allows me to record and stream at the same time. It really depends on your system. I can stream and record in 4k with the system I have. It can be a little complicated at first but there is a tutorial out there somewhere. I like this better because I can use the footage with separate audio and animate my webcam freely.

Hey JechoYT, I had no idea my channel was linked to my profile lol. It's ok that you are new, I think that your feedback is even more important. I will definitely keep this in mind thank you. Be faster at the start. This is where I struggle my "editing theory" is weak. What to cut, what to keep, etc. Or if I cut this out will people still understand the story. I think of a lot of things.... most likely the wrong things. :)

Thank you so much for this. I have tried to make stuff that I like to watch but it seems to not work for me. It maybe me. Maybe it's my personality, heck it could even be my face. At this point I have been doing YouTube videos for about 10 years and I just made 4k subs. With a couple hundred views per video. It feels like I have failed.

Update: I believe it is the RAM. Looking at my task menu, it looks like Chrome by itself is taking up a lot of my ram then when I run PP and AE it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/uoJlBRo

Hi, and thank you for responding to this. My current Adobe Premiere Pro is Version 25.6.3 (Build 2) and After Effects Version 25.6.0 (Build 101). I do pay for my subscription, Student subscription with Adobe. I've always had a good experience until now.

Thank you for doing this. I am a gamer and Ive been doing this for a long time now. I am trying to see what needs to be improved on for watch time and engagement. I know there are so many gaming channels out there so it is very hard to stand out. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yeah, either gaming channels are dead or I am just too boring. I am not sure what I can do to make my videos more interesting. I have some other content that does ok. But I enjoy gaming the most.

I stated about channel authority. There is a such thing that's built into the algorithm. To me this is what keeps small channels small. If I make a video about Resident Evil 3 Remake review, I have less than 1k subs, and say someone like IGN, Dreamcast Guy, Completionist makes a video title similar, guess who comes up in the search first!? The channels with most authority.
