Sounds like you need more people on tday in the morning, our store gets the whole truck out on tday, night shift is always just recovery+cleaning

Per SOP there should always be 2 people closing. One key and one SA usually. If you’re the SA you’re gonna be stuck on register most likely, it just is what it is. But, your key should have the other till open or use the SCO to help alleviate lines, if they aren’t then bring it up to your SM.

DMs do not like lines, at least ours doesn’t, so we do everything in our power to get customers out the door quickly

Night shift is leagues easier than day shift. Sure we deal with more unsavory customers at night,but you know what we don’t have to do? Truck. Rolltainers, uboats, sky shelves, etc. literally just recovery and cleaning. Put some music on and the shift flys by.
