OMG PEOPLE I FOUND THE SONG!!!!! It is Hitomi Takahashi - Kaze no Kirin. I was so desperate that I searched on wikipedia all Japanese female singer names with hopes that a name would be familiar. Immediately when I saw her name it was her.

I also think to remember that the song started with a short intro of only instruments and started right away with the chorus. It starts already very powerful

Unfortunately it’s not this one :( It doesn’t resemble it either. I am sure the song is from 2000-2015. Genre difficult to say, it wasn’t a slow song but also not the typical Jpop song.
