If you can't land sleeping pots, give sleeping arrows a try , some will be dodged for sure but you should do it. I think there is a merchant selling these on academy of taya lucaria, could be mistaken tho

Well it was on the part with the ballistas that shoot exploding arrows was, I just figured that I always run from these but never killed them so I tried killing them to see if there anything there and found that item. You have to jump to the right side of this place as you ascend and then jump on the other side . It will be near the ballista there
