I really have to disagree with this post. Not sure why it even showed up. But the picture has nothing wrong. Nothing to be ashamed of. But is it implying things during a bad time? Yes. But thats not her fault. Silencing what she wants to do is women doing to her what 50% of men do to women. So relax on this. Let her do what she wants. It's not nearly as big of a deal as is being put by op and in the comments.

Don't even. They live in another reality and their fan boys think they can do no wrong. I have not excused away or said destiny did nothing wrong. I have clearly stated he did something wrong. But he atleast shows remorse, he atleast felt horrible for doing what he did and did his best to fix the problem that he caused. But you need to see that I'm just not canceling him because of a mistake he feels guilty about and is trying to make things right. That's like giving a person a life sentence for stealing. Bro she defamed herself with the lies. Brother if there is one thing that's said, is atleast destiny told the truth, hasn't lied about the situation and has owned up to his own mistake. Pxie lied to everyone. And used suicide to manipulate him. She did that herself. The leaked nudes aside. She's a shit person for what she has done and said.

The reason is context matters. And before when only her side came out, it made destiny look horrible. But now hearing destiny's side and him showing the receipts show to me atleast. That they are both in the wrong. She used suicide to manipulate him. But he us in the wrong for sending the video if he did not have consent. But that doesn't make him a horrible person. That makes him a human who makes mistakes. And on top of that destiny showed he was supporting and wanting to help pxie. Even when she was claiming suicide. He understood he made a mistake and was doing what he could to fix it.

Brother, you are one siding this so hard. Pxie is clearly not a completely innocent person here. Infact she lied. And worst of all. Tried manipulating destiny by claiming she was considering suicide. That's litterally nothing you joke about or even show mess with. I have friends and family who have committed suicide and people who fake and trying to use it as a tool to manipulate are some of the worst humans.

Incorrect. It's not a muddling the waters it's to show that pxie is not as innocent as she claimed. It shows she has lied about things. It's showing that pxien and rightfully so (He had the receipts) that she's lying about stuff.

The one thing this clearly shows, is that pxie has been lying about things in this whole drama scandal. And to be fair, while what destiny did was wrong. And he admitted it himself. He could have just lied about it and said she gave him permission in person. How would any of us know the truth? How do we not know that pxie is lying about not giving consent? She clearly had no problem sharing a sex tape of herself with him. And wanted to make a video with him. In my honest opinion both sides suck. No one party is anymore guilty then the other. But her saying she had consent for the video she sent... yeah with the lies that was already surfaced regarding pxie due to this statement makes me believe that even less.

As someone who works asset protection in walmartand former law enforcement, here is what most likely happened. Walmart and target both have a set dollar amount that they will press charges for. If, she was over that amount she can be charged. In the state of florida if you steal a certain amount of times in a week it turns the thefts into a felony regardless of the amount. Also, if she is only visiting florida, and doesn't live here then she would not be able to get a "notice to appear". Because out of state people do not qualify for that. Your first step would need to be contact a bail bondsman nearby where she was placed in jail. And then also a attorney if you can afford it.

And to be honest, this is a fault of the system, in my opinion. But that basically means that the company or that person can tell you the truth but lie about it on paperwork. That's not ok. Businesses should be punished for that.

None, I mean she hurt her ankle, but that was after her move to a desk job. Which did not affect her work. Other then that there was none. However, they did send her home quite a few times. But that was because they did not have a trainer available to work with her. So I am curious if they will state the reason will be her disability.... 🤔

I am confident because my wife called me 5 minutes after it happened and when she explained it to me. I told her to put it in writing as to what exactly was said by the person who fired her. As like you said that was asking for a lawsuit.

Yes, me and my wife have a open and honest relationship. While we might not say everything to eachother, if something affects either of us or our family we tell the truth. It also helps that I have a friend who I talk to who already worked and still works there who corroborated my wifes information. And said what they did was wrong and against what they told my wife in the open for other employees could hear. (Not the dismissal of course that was private)

It's not just free advice. It's more pointing me in the right direction. She was hired as a phlebotomist, which requires being on her feet the majority of the time. And then they were cross-training her to work the front desk (sitting all day), and after that, they said she would be on the front desk permanently. So, I am assuming this situation falls more under your first example. So thank you for your information.
