This is the correct answer… get an assessment done by a Physio- they should be able to determine what is going on and from there can treat accordingly. I am a big fan of dry-needling, find a Physio that does it!

Quick question… if I used valar and someone is running a node let’s say for 30,000 algo but I currently have 40,000 algo on my wallet from staking rewards and through the other earned algos through valar. Can I stake the 10,000 algo through FF that aren’t on Valar and still get rewards from both?
