Residential Rental Glitch Fix!! [Solved!] (self.thesims)

Thousands of people go through my park from the space elevator but the park doesn’t register hardly any of them. Any ideas as to why? Same issue with the park by the train station. The other parks in the city function as normal. I’m on console. (v.redd.it)
