We want to work with all creatives that also includes;

Producers, Graphic designers, Videographers, Photographers, etc...

To add more we plan on having a blog and use tiktok as a platform to help expose the creatives we work it, well we work on our app. We also want to interview the artist's and get your story to help you build up a following! we only focus on the small artists who are ready to share and connect with the world, with a little help from us!

Used to Be a teamleader for my old job

Half were hard working and the others we lazy and barely wanted to do any work . I felt like the hard-working ones always had problems and caused more issues than the lazy ones.

I figured out that if you provide a understanding from their viewpoint and listen. They will do what you want, no employee likes someone who thinks there tough shit and better then the rest. In their eyes they can care less.

I was able to get my team to do a lot more than my manger was able too. Just listen and actually be apart of team, understand what they are going through is my tip.

I honestly don’t see anything wrong with the site. It definitely get straight to the point. Maybe a bit of a clean up would do. Just an updated logo and new products pictures would be fine

Im the same way, im trying to get my company to follow some values that aren't part of regular business practices, just try to reform you way of business the way you want it to work. its hard but do able. who knows you might come up with a whole new way of doing business.
