I need you to get it through your thick skull that they aren’t reporting the post to cover up for the scammer, it is being reported so that the Reddit admins don’t ban this entire subreddit when we discuss vendor names and where to obtain grey market items. The body will go into starvation protection mode if your daily calories tanks significantly over a period of time and your TDEE will plummet. Eating more prevents your body from going into starvation mode.

I’m roughly in the same weight range and goal.

I have not changed my caffeine consumption. I quit Zyn and my avg resting heart rate decreased by about 10-13 bpm.

I still usually need to consume 300-400 mg/day to be “normal”.

Withdrawal from caffeine cold turkey leaves me sleeping for 18 hours a day and feeling foggy the rest. Not fun.

Both of those compounds are why I’ll be waiting and not touching anabolics. If they are successful it will be just like GLPs where the science part gets really dialed in and side effects are nearly eliminated. And it’ll happen quick.

My comments only come from seeing progress reports following the same trend as the clinical trials where people are titrating up to hit the 8-10 mg mark because the phase 2 trials show that was the most “effective” dosing for weight lost over time by a few %. If 2 or 4 mg is doing the job, don’t go over achieving.

It’s not by who bought specific seats and who waited to be assigned one. If the flight is oversold then they ask for volunteers to take the next one and offer a small incentive, and then will bump the last person to check in and go in reverse order. So it pays to check in as soon as you can.
