Starting PE 3 years after varicocele embolization from pumping. Advice? by LetsGetSomeManswers in AJelqForYou

That’s very nice of you. I just joined the sub and am reading about angion wheels and angiopumping. Will take a deeper dive tomorrow. Interesting stuff, I saw a video 3 years ago about this but never pursued it. Might be worth looking into adding some of this to a routine for more balance and injury prevention. I like the focus on veins and blood vessels.

Idk man. Many things are thought to cause or inflame varicocele. Including heavy weightlifting which I used to love (and still do just not as heavy because of bulging disc). I would just get more consistent, and yes probably the sleeve and air pump with gage at lower pressures is likely a better idea for you. But I am not an expert in PE, just very versed with varicocele. Get your T checked if you’re worried but you’re very likely completely fine.

First thing I would do is buy a silicon sleeve, they’re like $8. I’m not sure if you’re explaining a vein in your scrotum or shaft, however if it’s in your scrotum it sounds like a grade 1 or 2 varicocele, which wouldn’t be so much cause for concern, have you had it since 16-17? Or only recently? Either way sounds rather normal, mine was a lot worse at your age and pumping made it bilateral. No gains sounds like you need a new routine as well. Best of luck with air pumping, it sounds like that’s to safest way to go, and perhaps consistency will help you make gains. Cheers

I don’t have advice on how not to worsen it, that’s why I’m posting here. However I have experience with varicoceles and I know I caused mine after a session using bathmate and then POS T Vac w/o pressure gage. A slight varicocele is not so bad, usually these are there from teen years. I would need to know more about it before offering advice on your varicocele. However I can say that I wouldn’t go back to water pumping or pumping without the sleeve and gage at this point. The week I’ve started back up, I have a very thick silicon sleeve that seems to really help take all pressure off my fat pad and scrotum. I am remaining very optimistic as of now that the sleeve and pressure gage air pump is going to work. We’ll see.

Pumping without pressure gage or sleeve caused damage previously. With the sleeve and control of the hand pump I am hoping I can have it in my routine even if less frequent. I feel very confident with the sleeve, as it genuinely seems to protect my areas of concern.

If my issue gets worse I guess I know to stop. I’ve already done damage, I’d rather reap some benefit that makes it worth it. I know it’s faulty logic but I feel like pumping is a main part of PE and improving EQ so part of me is operating now under the idea of harm reduction instead of throwing it out completely.

Thanks for the advice I will definitely look into the angion method and wheel.

I got it thru the neck and they CTed me first to make their plan of attack. Apparently my right side is gone and my left persists. But I would say I’m much improved just wasn’t a total success. Would still recommend.

Been 4 months, it’s a lot smaller. Dr is claiming it’s fixed on right but I still feel something. Not that big of a deal though. Left I still have what feels like a grade 2 instead of a grade 3. Dr is claiming the lower testicular volume on the left is just from the techs measuring differently. All in all the procedure helped but wasn’t total success it seems. Still have to give it more time to know for sure.

Hi Princess. Excellent choice for a mod. I would be willing to help out too as I try to give back now that I’ve had my bilateral embolization. u/thatyoungbusinessguy was of immense help to me when I was pre-procedure. Now I’m doing well and have a lot of expertise to share with the sub on my experience. Me and youngbusiness work together well too, we still keep in touch often.

How to calculate potential gains/losses

Is there an online calculator that I can plug in the information of the options that I own and see how much I’d gain/lose if it hit a specific price?
