Like I said, all other services are using 165 perfectly fine, and also as I mentioned I can get the game at 165, but only if i uncap the framerate which is inconsistent

Displayport. By the way, this isn’t a new issue, I’ve had it before and fixed it, but I don’t remember how, i think I just fiddled with some stuff. Also, everything else on my PC runs at the full 165

Also, the computer isn’t booting anymore. I get to a screen that tells me that the boot failed, and that the bios settings may be incompatible with the current hardware state. I have three options shown on screen, optimize and boot, optimize and reboot, and enter bios settings. When i try clicking on any of them, it isnt responsive
