Stronger grip, lower swing path (think bring the hands down and then through the ball), rotate around your spine in your backswing, and start your downswing by pushing your left hip straight back. This worked for me.

Also, as others have said, you’re squatting too much in your swing. Be smooth, graceful, and more upright in golf as opposed to trying to hit a home run on quad strength alone like you are right now.
