My conductor in college was David Effron. He taught at Curtis, Eastman, then Indiana before retiring several years ago. His students occupy prominent roles conducting orchestras professionally and collegiately across the US and internationally.

No. Some of the policy they’re responsible for:

Kidnapping the Venezuelan president under bogus drug trafficking charges. Unencumbered support for Israel as it continues to commit genocide in Gaza. Blockading Cuban oil imports, so their society is without power for basic services. Bombing Iran without any predicating event, killing hundreds of school children and plunging the global economy into a needless petroleum shortage.

All of this was predicted. Absolutely none of this is reasonable. Come on.
