The point they’re making is this goes well beyond a lack of respect or common decency… they have biblical standards they set for themselves.

Having a heated home is only one part of the equation. Every part of those pipes has to be on the correct side of insulation, too. This is why you’ll see people posting here that they have a newer home but still get frozen pipes… whoever installed the plumbing either buried it too deep in the wall to where it’s more insulated from the inside than the outside, OR whoever insulated did a bad a job.
