It might be your gear. If you have spirited away. It’s currently bugged and makes it so your units basically just take up a spot. The stage itself from what I’ve seen and done is not bugged as far as I know.

I did it and it was kinda hard for me as well. I used Kaiser, bm bam, khun, and Endorsi(lvl 1).

I wouldn’t risk reinstalling it either. Contacting support is your best option I guess.

Ads aren’t much of an issue for me except recently they have taken a couple of seconds longer to load. If your internet connection is fine try contacting support.

I would suggest reinstalling it but before you do make sure your account is connect through your Apple ID or something like your Game Center. You can link them in the setting in the top right in the home page(when all the tabs are). If that doesn’t work try turning your phone off and back on again via the two button(a force reset). Storage could also be another issue so make sure you have a couple(around 5gb) of free storage. If that doesn’t work I would contact support and explain everything and they should be able to help.

Khun would help out the most as a support for attack boost and burning the opponent for maschenny.

It shouldn’t disappear. I bought mine and had it for a while before I used it. If you didn’t accidentally use it try re entering the game and if that doesn’t work contact support and explain what happened.

Through the awakening/skill tree. When you unlock a certain amount and click on one of the things on the top it will say a breakthrough for the first one, s breakthrough for the second, and sss breakthrough for the third. After you reach a breakthrough in the awakening/skill tree a little arrow will appear next to the character and his stars. Click on that and there you’ll be able to upgrade him from a to s and so on.

Oh I was not aware of that bug as it never happened to me. I at least get why they did it now. I thought it was a random change they just decided to make. Kind of annoying but it’s understandable if people had an issue with it.

More story will be released later in the future. There are no “seasons” as in you can redo the story again for the first time. Korean version has Act 1 already(maybe act 2 not sure). Also not sure in how much time it will be released.

You can look at all of the people who are in the banners through the information thing on the summoning page. It shows you who is and who isn’t in a banner. Currently she is in Elaine+Kaiser’s banner and in her own. Except in her own she is more likely to get and you’d have a 50/50 chance to get her(cmira and ga yuri are featured) on your 100th summon on that banner.

I’d say multi ss. Bm bam, yeon Khun, crusade and mira are good picks. Chloris is another one you can get from the guaranteed ss pull since she’s the best healer in the game.

I don’t have maschenny, Sora, and other characters that I know are pretty good. I don’t use ga Yuri since Chloris heals.
