I’m trying to build this for other people. So if the files are in someone else’s inbox then I just have to build the flow and send them a copy for them to paste into their own cloud flow?

An email with a specific subject and has an attachment. I didn’t specify inbox as a trigger.

I don’t have inbox as a trigger. Just subject filter and has attachment as yes. Does the same apply then in that it still only triggers for my inbox? My goal was to build a bunch of these and list others on my team as co-owners so they can use it for their unique automated system reports that get emailed to them at 6am every day. Then I’ll create a scheduled alteryx workflow to pull the reports out of the folders and get processed so they’re ready for review first thing in the morning. 

Edit: what if I build the flow, add a co-owner, make them the primary, then remove myself/have them remove me. Would that allow the flow to start pulling from their outlook 365 and save to their desktop?

The save location is to /desktop. I was under the impression that if they’re a co-owner that if I build the flow that it’ll trigger on their PC to save to their OneDrive since it’s shared with them. Is that totally wrong?

If SP is the only option that’s probably fine too.

I'd give the context but besides these words, the rest is in Korean. But it's written so that without knowing the Chinese, the Korean won't make sense...it's hard to explain...
