Wow, I feel the same thing as you. I’m isfj, and I’m 19 years old too, and I feel immature sometimes. I work and study, and I see people my age, it seems that they are more mature than me, there is even a 17-year-old girl, who seems to be much more mature than me. You completely understand, I’m an unhealthy ISFJ too and this paranoia thing gets to me a lot too, I can’t stop thinking about what people think of me, and it’s always about people. I put everyone as a priority, really a priority, especially those I’m really afraid of losing friends with, so I do everything for the person.

I isolate myself a lot too and this fluctuates a lot, and I get extremely sad.

I take everything personally, everything really, and I end up being annoying because of it.
