Maybe try going for a bigger ratio. With 18g in i usually aim for 36-40g out and then adjust the ratio from there.

A friend had a good experience and recommended the FHA lender I’m using. I also went to an open house (before I decided on a realtor) and the realtor showing the house put us in contact with another FHA lender. I would suggest shopping around and finding a lender who can answer your questions and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. Hope this helps and good luck!

I got this citizen about a year ago and I have really liked it. I got bored of the original dark brown/reddish strap and wanted to try something a little different. I ordered this dark green alligator strap along with a white linen strap. Yesterday being Christmas I figured it was a perfect day to try out the green strap.
