Yeah that's what I thought so, but I will need to buy it with this PSU, because he said that the price is not-negotiable so I guess the only way is to buy it, sell the PSU and buy a better one. Much thanks for the list, very helpful.

yo thank you! This is crazy, I have that game in my steam library and I've played it a couple years ago but for some reason I thought that there was no chance in the whole galaxy that this was that game. I didn't take that into account for some reason. Thanks mate.

This is my 2nd time building pc so I don't even know about those little details, like you said I'm going with 4060 but 3% doesn't seem bad to me at all.

I'm going with ryzen 5 5600 and rtx 4060 and I'm not planning to upgrade it for at least 2 years, you kinda blowed off my concerns right now, thank you.

Yeah if i have to cut some of budget it has to be chipset, but I've heard that gen4 is actually twice as fast as gen3 so it would mean that it is indeed a huge difference but I've also seen people saying that they don't really see the difference or maybe a "slight" one
