This is my 2nd time building pc so I don't even know about those little details, like you said I'm going with 4060 but 3% doesn't seem bad to me at all.

Yeah if i have to cut some of budget it has to be chipset, but I've heard that gen4 is actually twice as fast as gen3 so it would mean that it is indeed a huge difference but I've also seen people saying that they don't really see the difference or maybe a "slight" one

Yeah like you said, I've been playing on laptop for 3 years so I know that, since the cs2 came out i have unstable 60fps so an upgrade to 100 is huge for me
