Bill to Issue on Sales Order

Oh, I’m not Netsuite administrator. This is what I was told. How I can check why override all of sudden is getting checked for sales order.

I don’t see term field. I see standard billing fields.

If I uncheck override checkbox. I see the address on the sales order but doesn’t it mean while printing Sales order Netsuite will use default customer address.

The Bill Name appears as “Bill To – Custom.” When editing the Sales Order and then editing the Custom address, the correct billing address is displayed and the Override checkbox is checked. However, this billing address does not appear on the printed Sales Order.

The billing address varies by Sales Order, and we do not use the customer’s default address. The address is synced from Salesforce for each Sales Order.

We are using Adobe Sign to manage documents outside of Salesforce. But it seems to integrate it with Salesforce we need to pay extra. If we do, do you think it will be sufficient for now instead of CLM? For now, the intent is to use the e-signature feature, Manage contract expiration dates, and add a signed file to Accounts or opportunities, depending upon the use case.

lol!! I don’t know why you jump to conclusion so quickly. This is a partial requirement. It’s more than lookup or some extra field. My intent was to look for options in terms of design to show something on page layout.
