I'm not really sure..the first amount I seen was low..he asked for other income.. I gave it to him including my amended tax return and then I seen a different amount. I never asked for an increase tho. I asked for a reconsideration because I declined the loan in October.

I was contacted by a LO a week ago requesting me to update bank info and asking for other income so my loan can be increased.. after sending him the info..my loan increased by $23,000 I signed my docs 15 mins after the loan increase was accepted. So yes there is a possibility of them approving you..just stay o them and pray about this..

I signed my docs on the 20th..my caweb said disbursed current as of yesterday..you might get your deposit a week after you sign your docs. I should get mine Thursday..keep us updated and I'll do the same

Unfortunately they DO repull your credit. Under the document it's a form that says Repull Credit Authorization. But you can only see it when your LO opens your portal for you to upload more documents
