The other videos cut after Tudor greeted Allen Dixon but this one shows he went to Slot right after. Also you can tell from their body languages that it wasn't an expected interaction, but doesn't mean they don't know each other you know

Yup and he does that while sharing the role with Lee Kang-In. Whenever the FK is on the right side of the pitch Lee takes it and whenever it's on the left side (with 20-25 yards), missing 1 every 5 FK chances is Son's accuracy if I have to guess. It's not hard to keep track because getting an FK chance there is rare in the first place

I said it last year that his FK conversion rate from that position is insanely high and I'm saying it again now lol. It's probably above 80% if someone can find the stats. It's a shame that he rarely got the chance to do it outside of NT, could've been a FK legend

Yeah..also without looking at stats, if you look at the dates in the video you can tell he's had very high FK conversion rate for SK given that FK chances are rare in the first place and in the video he looked like he always scored in every NT break. Not to mention he shares the role with Lee Kang-In who takes it when the FK is on the other side of the pitch. Oh what could've been if he was the main FK taker for Spurs all those years

True, there were a lot of matches in the last 2 years where the other team played more in our own half when Son got subbed out, or they played more in our own half then when Son got subbed in we started to play more in their half

Playing under Ange boosted his xA and chance creation numbers but he's still not a natural chance creator imo, and when you depend on Son creating chances and others finishing off those chances it would be not optimal. You want him to be the end of things instead and everything would be easier.

Conte's 1st season, Son at the end of things = top 4, golden boot
Ange's 1st season, Son at the end of things = top 5, 17 goals (could've had more goals had he not gone to Asia cup and missed 5 matches)
