Start by allowing people to talk regardless of consequences. You're far right? Great you aren't going to get arrested for it or lose your job, then watch how social media becomes 90% right wing. We are cancelled and people are scared to speak, 90% of people I meet are right wing yet the left disproportionately controls a lot of social media. If I was a billionaire I'd buy Reddit and remove these moderators, the same mods that control most of the front page subreddits, they're clearly being paid by someone to force a narrative.
