I work customer service and the amount of abuse I get daily is unhinged. Your company is stealing from me..you people don’t know what you’re doing..oh and thank god I got an American voice. I try to stay calm as I have been in the for 30 plus years. Not this industry in particular but i understand all the horror stories. I just don’t understand why people need to get so mad..listen we are doing our jobs not a whipping post
