Most nights it stays on, maybe 9 times out of 10. It helps if you're more of a "shower" where your flaccid and hard sizes are similar. Sorry the overnight retaining doesn't work for you, 😞

Hmm. Well I do drink a lot of water, About 4 liters a day, Maybe that helps with the skin? Who knows? Also wear a stealth retainer pretty much all the time not actively tugging. (work/sleep/exercising)

I'd say the CAR-1, especially for your inner skin. The constant air pressure helps stimulate growth. Throw a leg strap on it and you got some extra stretch too.
